The Calendar Button

The calendar button is found at the bottom of the Course Assignment Page.  This button displays a calendar listing the assignments you have already entered.  This may be a nicer way to keep yourself organized.  Other than viewing your assignments in a calendar format, teachers do not need to use it.

When there is an assignment listed on a particular day, there will be a 1 in the box.  If you click on the 1 you can see the assignment you entered for this day.  When the parents view assignments, they see a calendar.  On their calendar they may see a 2 or 3 depending on the number of assignments their child has for the day.

*You cannot add assignments on this calendar page.  You must add assignments through the Course Assignments Main page by clicking the Add button.
