Schedule for the week of 05/2/05:  Speeches

MON:    Speeches:  each student will give a speech; discuss types of speeches

TUES:     Demonstration speeches:  "How to" speeches; begin the process of selecting a topic

WED:      Begin drafting the speech; make an outline; transfer to note cards

THUR:    Continue writing the speech; discuss speech skills and preparedness

FRI:        Choose order for giving speeches (next week); put finishing touches on speeches
