We believe that all students should have the best education possible.  We believe that intellectually, academically, and creatively gifted children differ from others in ability level and rate and depth of learning.  Consequently, gifted students should be provided with the opportunity to participate in a qualitatively differentiated program of study that takes into consideration each student's individual learning styles, interests, and abilities. Our commitment to all children is to provide appropriate challenge:   intellectually, academically, and creatively.  Every child should be encouraged to achieve their fullest potential.  To aid in this effort, we recognize the need to provide ability-appropriate materials/instruction and embrace the broad base of extended community resources available.  We believe that we must help every student realize that for each talent or gift, there is an attendant responsibility to develop it to the fullest extent and to share that gift.
