In order to get help, we have put together the following information so that everyone can see what is involved and choose times or activities that fit with their schedules and preferences.

After Prom History

The After-Prom party is an overnight "lock-in" event that takes place following the Prom. After-Prom is open to ALL juniors and seniors, not just those who attend the Prom.
The annual After-Prom party is sponsored by Glen Este High School's PSTO who several years ago decided to follow the example of local high schools by offering the After-Prom party as an alternative to student-organized parties, often un-chaperoned, where drugs and alcohol may be present. The Glen Este After-Prom has met the criteria of the Drug Free Coalition, Families and Children First, SADD and other groups by providing a secure, chaperoned, drug and alcohol-free environment for the event. The After-Prom committee starts planning this event in July and works steadily throughout the year to make sure the one night event is something the students will never forget.
The goal of the After-Prom committee is to make the After-Prom party a huge event with lots of food, games, entertainment, raffle items, door prizes and fun things to do that the students enjoy. The ticket price is all-inclusive.
