If the instrument is not working correctly, please let me look at it first.  I am able to do most minor repairs in just a few minutes.  If the instrument requires something more than I can do, I will recommend that you take it to the repair shop.  Again, the store where you rent it from will most likely have their own repair facilities.

If you already own your instrument, I can send it to a good repair shop.  Each week, a representative from Wert Music visits me and takes any repairs I have to the store.  He will then deliver them back to me.  The instruments are usually back within one week.  You are required to pay for the cost of the repair.  Wert Music can not repair string instruments.
