Community Resources

Tina Bosecker, Trisha King, Sarah Grundy, Jamie Buckely, and Kim Henson are our district's Resource Coordinators. They connect students, families, and staff to resources here in our community and work to help students overcome barriers to access, participation, and progress at school. They provide support in areas such as attendance and truancy, mental health, food access, clothing and/or shoes, school supplies, medical, transportation—and much more.

Our district was able to hire our Resources Coordinators thanks to our partnership with the Clermont County Educational Service Center through funding from Clermont County's Department of Job and Family Services (JFS).

Additionally Hope Gill is the district's School, Family, Community Liason.

The counseling departments from West Clermont Middle School and West Clermont High School offer a wide variety of resources for our students, staff, families, and the community on their website.

The Clermont County Crisis Hotline 513-528-SAVE (7283) is a free and confidential hotline available 24-hours/7 days a week that provides suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and referral information to residents of Clermont County of all ages.

    Clermont County Family & Children First publishes a handy list of local resources. 
     
  • Inter Parish Ministry
    IPM runs a local food pantry right here in our West Clermont community.
     
  • Give Like A Mother
    "GLAM" runs an assistance program that supplies children in need with seasonally appropriate clothing.
     
  • United Way of Greater Cincinnati
    United Way is available to help 24 hours a day, including assistance with food, money, legal or mental health issues. Contact the United Way by dialing *211 from any phone. For discounts on prescriptions, check out the Familywize prescription card which can be used by anyone as there are no eligibility requirements.

This free service allows you to search and connect to support, including financial assistance, food pantries, medical care, and other free or reduced-cost help in our community.
