Transportation:

Bus numbers and times are expected to be available on August 11th on the “Bus Route E-Link System”. However, we recommend you continue to check this site up until the first day of school to note any potential changes made to your child’s route.

To access the E-Link system:

Visit the Transportation section of the WolfPack Hub, scroll to Transportation Links and Forms, and then click on Bus Route E Link.

Username: Student ID

Password: Child’s birthdate (8 digits. For example: 08012018)

BusZone App:

West Clermont Local Schools and bus provider Petermann have a new mobile app for families: BusZone. This replaces the Bus Tracker app. BusZone has enhanced features that allow parents/guardians to safely and securely check on their student’s school bus and receive updates. For instructions on setting it up Check out the BusZone Flyer. Please note, you can go ahead and download the app however you will not be able to load your child’s information until August 11th. You will need your child's bus number which is what you will recieve from the Bus Route E-Link system.

Vaccinations:

Parents/Guardians of incoming kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade students:

These grades have required immunizations. Documentation of the following is due on or before the first day of school. Failure to submit this documentation will result in your student being excluded from school until such time as the documentation is received in the school clinic.

Kindergarten: an immunization record reflecting up-to-date immunizations is required.

7th Grade: proof of Tdap and Meningococcal (A, C, W, Y) is required.

12th Grade: proof of the second dose of Meningococcal (A, C, W, Y) is required. (If the first dose was given on or after the 16th birthday, a second dose is not required).

If you have previously submitted this documentation, nothing else needs to be done. If you have not yet submitted these documents, you can submit them to the following:

7th Grade: Katie Carlin, BSN, RN carlin_k@my.westcler.org

12th Grade: Peggy Wolf, RN wolf_p2@my.westcler.org

Kindergarten: Heidi Sandlin, BSN, RN, LSN, NCSN sandlin_h@my.westcler.org

You can also bring the documentation to your child’s open house or on the first day of school.

If your child has not yet received these immunizations, please make an appointment with your healthcare provider as soon as possible. As we get closer to the school year, appointments get booked up and are more difficult to secure. The Clermont County Public Health Department also provides required immunizations. If interested in an appointment with CCPH, please call (513) 735-8400.
