We are a district ON THE RISE.

Covering 54 square miles on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio, the West Clermont School District commits to excellence with every learner, every day, every way. As the 24th largest school district in the state, our community is a blend of suburban, urban and rural settings across Clermont County. With more than 8,400 students in preschool through 12th grade and 720 certified and classified staff members, our vision is that Together As One Community, We Learn. Lead. Succeed. We work hard to build a courageous culture and believe that together we are an ON THE RISE district that values strengthening relationships, cultivating innovation, being relentlessly student-centered, and fostering empowerment.

We are a district connected to our community.

Thanks to the collaborative and generous spirit of our community, we set ourselves apart by building a student-centered learning ecosystem where the community is a vital part of our classrooms. Our partners help us engage students with innovative real-world learning experiences, and connect them with mentors, experts, and opportunities like internships. This provides our students with a competitive edge and ensures each child is prepared for their future.

We are a district that engages our students.

Recognizing that each child is unique, West Clermont educators facilitate learning in ways that ensure each student is engaged through dynamic whole class, small group and one-on-one learning. Our 1:Wolf technology program prepares students to thrive in a constantly changing technological landscape by providing every student with their own Chromebook.

We are a district that is driven by our North Star—the West Clermont Portrait of a Graduate.

The West Clermont Portrait of a Graduate — our North Star — guides all that we do each day. We help prepare students with the knowledge, skills and habits to lead fulfilled lives long after they graduate.
