  • Families have the option to add money to their child's meal accounts using PaySchools.

    To set up your PaySchools account, follow the steps in the parent user guides below:

  • First, visit schoology

    Then, once you are logged into your Schoology account:

    1. Go to your Profile in the top right corner of the Schoology page and click on the drop down arrow.
    2. Click on Add Child from the option menu.
    3. Enter the new 12-digit access code. Each student has a unique access code and you can find a student's access code in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. For instructions on how to get the access code for a student, see the "I'm a parent. How do I log into Schoology?" section above.
    4. Click Use Code to complete.
    5. Repeat steps as needed for more students.

  • Official quarter grades for elementary students are available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

    To view report card grades on Powerschool, either follow the steps in our visual guide or use the directions below:

    1. Log in to the West Clermont PowerSchool Parent Portal page.
    2. Click on the student name on the top left
    3. Click on Student Reports on the left navigation panel.
    4. Click on the Report Card file to view the report card. Click submit digital signature to acknowledge your review of the report card. It will say “signature submitted” once complete.
    5. Click “Print” if you wish to print.
    6. Return to the original Powerschool tab and repeat steps with any additional children.

    NOTE: Report Cards cannot be viewed in the PowerSchool App. You must log in on a computer.

  • For middle and high school students:

    DAILY STUDENT GRADES
    Daily student grades for middle and high school students are available in Schoology.

    To view daily grades on Schoology, follow the directions below:

    • First, log into Schoology.
    • Then, click on the arrow in the upper-right corner, next to your name, and then select your child’s name to switch into his or her account. The checkmark in this drop-down menu indicates which account you are currently viewing.
    • Then, click grades. You will be able to see current grades. If you click on the course, you can see the grades for a specific assignment and quarter grades.

    QUARTER GRADES AND REPORT CARDS
    Official quarter grades for middle and high school students are available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. To access the report cards, follow these instructions.

    If you have not set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal account and need the Access ID and Access Password, please contact Curriculum and Technology Specialist Sarah Kaufman.

  • To find the contact information for a specific employee, search our district staff directory.

    To browse the list of staff members at each school, select the school below:

  • To look up the bus number and the bus stop location for your child, visit the Versatrans E-Link System.

    For the login, use this information:

    • Username: Student ID
    • Password: Child’s birthdate (8 digits. For example: 08012018)
  • You can access each school's breakfast and lunch menus through our online interactive menus.

  • In order for our health clinic staff to dispense medication at school, the student must have a Medication Permission Form on file. This form must be completed by the child's doctor or dentist. Please turn in completed forms to your child's school office or health clinic.

  • Parents will navigate to schoology, click Register, and click Parent. You can find the access code for each student in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Once logged into PowerSchool, you can click the Schoology tab on the toolbar on the left near the bottom.

    If an access code does not appear in the PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact Curriculum and Technology specialist Sarah Kaufman at kaufman_s@my.westcler.org or reach out to your child's teachers.

  • Students are provided their Schoology logins and passwords at school. These are the same logins and passwords that they use on school computers or when they log into Google or a Chromebook at school. Students should navigate to westcler schoology or click on the icon within their Clever homepage to log in.

  • Families can pay their student's fees by sending a check to their child's school office or by using PaySchools.

  • Parents and guardians can notify their child's school using our Student Absence Form.

  • To request a refund from your student’s meal account, please fill out a Meal Account Refund Request Form and send it to the Cafeteria Manager at your student’s school. Once your request has been processed, you will be mailed a check from the Treasurer’s Office at West Clermont Schools.

  • Free-Reduced Meal Applications for the 2023-24 school year will be available beginning July 10, 2023.    Families will apply online via LINQ Connect (formerly Titan Family Portal). For help applying, please follow these step-by-step instructions.

    To request a paper application, please contact the Child Nutrition Office at 513-943-5038.

  • To view the event calendar on your desktop computer:

    • On the WolfPack Hub, click on the "Event Calendar" button.

    • Finally, select the calendars you want to view and then click the "Apply Selections" button. 
       

    To view the event calendar on your smartphone/mobile device

    • On the WolfPack Hub, tap on the "Shortcuts" tab. 
    • Scroll down and tap on the "Event Calendar" button.
