The Wolves Wellness Center, operated through a partnership with HealthSource of Ohio, aims to help keep students in school and ready to learn. We believe that healthier students achieve more and that together, this partnership can create healthier, happier communities—one student at a time.

Located at the West Clermont Middle School, the Wolves Wellness Center provides medical, vision, dental, and behavioral health services where and when it is most convenient to students, their parents and staff. The Wolves Wellness Center is staffed by medical professionals that deliver primary care services which include screenings, managing chronic care conditions and treating short-term illness. It also offers 24/7 on-call coverage.

Wolves Wellness Center clinicians do not replace your child’s primary care provider. They do, however, offer a point of access at the school to treat illness and manage chronic conditions. Our clinicians work with a child’s primary care provider to ensure continuity of care is maintained. Students are only treated by the center after the parent or guardian enrolls the child in the program. If treated at the Wolves Wellness Center, the clinician sends home a written summary of the visit for parents to share with the child’s primary care provider. We invite parents and community providers alike to tour the center, learn more about the Wolves Wellness Center and how we can all partner to ensure students remain healthy and ready to learn.
