Willowville PTO

The Willowville PTO is a non-profit organization made up of parents, teachers, and staff working together to enrich the lives of all Willowville students.  Our primary objective is to equip Willowville Elementary with the funds necessary to provide programs, resources, and services that will maximize the educational experience of every student.

PTO Meetings

We would love for you to join us at our monthly meetings.  Meetings are typically the 2nd Wednesday of each month in the Willowville Media Center at 6:30pm.  Please check the calendar on our website for dates.  Childcare is not provided, but children are always welcome at our meetings.

Kroger Community Rewards is easy..all you have to do is select Willowville Elementary as your community rewards partner in your Kroger digital account, shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card!  A digital account is needed to participate in Kroger Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, you will need to ensure you have a Plus Card linked to your account. Then, go here to select Willowville Elementary as your community organization. Let's go Krogering!

Dine to donate options are available each month. Restaurant fundraisers are when restaurants raise money for 501(c)(3) organizations. A percentage of the proceeds raised from the meal is donated back to the cause that hosted the meal. Check the calendar on the PTO website or follow the PTO Facebook page for updates on locations and dates.

All volunteers in the West Clermont School District are required to have a background check that includes a set of fingerprint impressions that are taken electronically in the District Offices, 4350 Aicholtz Road, Suite 220, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. In most cases, the results of the background check are received within 48 hours. Contact the district office at 513-943-5000, to inquire about fingerprint impression service times.
